General Bonus Terms

8 Account Closure and Suspension

• If a self-exclusion request is made in accordance with responsible gaming policy.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any legitimate funds remaining in the balance at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy, however bonus funds will be cancelled in cases of terms violations.
